I like to start my day with a morning ritual that includes affirmations that set me up for what I need to achieve for the day, especially in areas where I feel like mentally I’m a little weaker in terms of my confidence level or commitment level or consistency level. If you struggle with this in terms of showing up for yourself with nutrition and showing up for yourself when it comes to your exercise routine, I highly encourage you to incorporate these affirmations daily in the morning.
