4 oz fresh pressed orange juice
1/4 avocado, peeled and pitted

2 Tbsps, goji berries (soaked for 5 minutes)

Goji berries need to be soaked in water to soften enough to blend, but save the water it soaks in. The medicinal properties of the berries are pulled into the water as it soaks. You can use it as a base to your smoothie. Goji berries support brain and neurological health, support cardiovascular health, improves immune system function, improves vision, and enhances libido and sexual function. With all those benefits, you definitely don’t want to waste that soak water so make sure to soak the berries in clean filtered water.
Smoothie Blend 6
4 oz fresh pressed orange juice
4 oz almond milk
1 peach, pitted
1 tsp chia seeds (soaked for 5 minutes)
2 cups of fresh baby spinach
Chia seeds need to soak for 5 minutes so their nutrients can be absorbed by the body. They also absorb a lot of water so soaking them beforehand will help ensure the smoothie doesn’t come out too thick. You can also grind the chia seeds in a coffee grinder before adding it to the smoothie.

1 cup frozen cherries
1 banana
1/2 cup pomegranate arils
1 cup of any leafy green you like
