Each month, we’ll deep dive into:
Month 1: Goal Setting and Plan Layout
During the first month, you’ll set goals, uncover your “why”, and create a plan of action based on your unique personality to help you win on this journey. Having a clearly defined “why” will motivate you through inevitable challenges that come up when trying to institute new healthy habits.
Month 2: Support Cardiovascular & Kidney Health with Proper Nutrition
Meat, dairy and eggs are full of saturated fat, hormones, and cholesterol, which work against a healthy cardiovascular system. Animal protein also taxes the kidneys. Dairy is acidic to the body and creates mucus, which is the body’s way of trying to overcome an irritation. We will explore how animal protein and processed foods may be causing your irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), weight gain, allergies, etc. and create a meal plan that works for you and your lifestyle.
Month 3: Cravings & Handling Social Situations
This is a challenge for many who transition to a plant-based diet without the proper support and guidance. We will explore all your specific situations and make a plan of action so you can navigate all the challenges that come your way.
Month 4: Move More
Exercising allows the lymphatic system to drain and toxins to leave the body in a variety of ways. It burns excess fat off and allows us to alleviate stress. If you have not experienced this for yourself, then you will love this part of the program as you learn ways to love movement and crave doing it daily. We will also talk about time management and how you can make room in your calendar for consistent exercise.
Month 5: Drop the Stress
We’ll explore sleep and stress alleviating techniques that suit your unique needs.
Month 6: Thrive by Finding Happiness Everyday & Overcome Stressful Thoughts
Chronic stress leads to the entire body not only holding on to excess fat but also malfunctioning on a cellular level. Happiness engages the relaxation response and once the body is relaxed it cannot be simultaneously stressed.
Our thoughts can play tricks on us and hold us back for truly thriving in life. This is a major mindset shift that may be necessary for you to achieve anything on your health journey so we will most likely incorporate this from the very beginning and throughout the program. Having a healthy mindset, leads to a health body and a healthy life. We will leave no rocked unturned so you have a plan to thrive in all areas of your life.
Samantha is very compassionate and will cater to the needs of her clients. I have been inspired to eat healthier and to look around for things that feed the soul. I learned that being nourished isn’t just about the food you put in your mouth. She reminded me of the interconnections within mind, body and spirit.
Before working with Sam, I was experiencing poor blood circulation and I felt way too heavy for comfort. I really liked changing my palette entirely during the Program.
