A little about me
I own a juice bar in Chicago, called Earth’s Healing Cafe. Running a small business can be very stressful and responsibilities and to-do lists can get a bit overwhelming. My certification program from Institute for Integrative Nutrition and my group of friends, who are also wellness professionals, have always encouraged self-care. I had fallen into a cycle of struggling to take care of myself in the process of helping others. However, through that struggle, I found a strategy that worked and continues to work for me to create harmony in my life and keep me sane. I found harmony through movement, working on stressful relationships by working on myself, putting a plan in place to fix my finances and making myself a priority instead of last on the list.
